Two Employees at the Front Desk stood out as being STELLAR!! Isabelle and Edwin are two of your finest employees who I had the pleasure of meeting as well as being taken care of. It was a long and tiring day, after I checked into my hotel room, they made me feel welcome, answered all the questions I needed, and also were very accommodating with bottles of water. They were very approachable, friendly, and we’re so nice to us! I just wanna commend them because they are what the Marriott Brand is all about!
Nice rooms. No trash bags. Toilet needed a tad more attention but overall I would stay again. Maybe updating the thermostat would be nice. Jameelia Badder (pretty sure I got that wrong) was awesome!! Very knowledgeable and professional!
Based upon previous reviews I almost didn't reserve rooms for a three night stay here, but our experience has been very good. The desk staff are friendly, helpful and polite. The restaurant & bar were very busy with a large conference group, but the service and food quality for our dinner were still very good. The manager was on top of everything and visibly helping her staff as needed. I also love that this property has an indoor and outdoor pool and a jacuzzi. They are really helpful to relax after a long day. Yes, there are areas of the hotel needing an update, but we will definitely stay here again.
