The hotel and the pool are beautiful. Just entering the building was relaxing. Smells amazing, the restaurant was good. There was a problem in my room with stained sheets and they fixed it almost immediately. Not as clean as I would have like it. I would stay here again.

Had a great stay at the Marriott at Champions Circle! The room was clean, comfy, and had a beautiful view. Staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had great variety—such a nice way to start the day. Would love to stay again!

We recently stayed here for an event and, unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations in several areas. Room: The room itself was a good size with a functional layout. However, the bathroom setup was less than ideal. The lighting was extremely poor—making it difficult to get ready—and one side of the heavy glass shower door would not open, which made using the space quite frustrating. Customer Service & Staff: While the front desk staff consistently greeted us with a smile, their tone often came across as condescending rather than genuinely helpful. When we discovered unauthorized food and beverage charges on our room, we raised the issue with the front desk. The charge slip was not signed, had the wrong room number, and even the wrong spelling of our name. Despite these red flags, the response we received was, “Well, it’s close enough,” followed by complaints about how hard it was to keep track of everyone. As someone who travels frequently and stays almost exclusively with Marriott, this type of response was shocking and disappointing. It required pushing back and speaking with a manager before the issue was finally resolved. We were also told the banquet staff hadn’t been trained properly, which felt like passing blame rather than taking responsibility. Overall: This property was not equipped to handle the volume or energy of the event group, and it showed in the level of service and operational issues throughout our stay. I expect more from a Marriott-branded hotel and hope improvements are made for future guests.
