Staff was very friendly. Staid for 1 night to visit concert. Good security. Have to pay for parking? No free breakfast 😒 they have restaurant which you have to pay for. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Rooms are big and kept cold 🥶 very clean 👌

Adding from my previous post updating you all on the check out. Make sure you check your receipts there were some adjustments that needed to be made to the parking. However the guy at the check out was awesome. He engaged in relevant small talk that seemed purposeful but yet meaningful. He did a great job seeing that I can’t stand small talk chatter. But I was not bothered at all. I also love the fact that ensured we were taken care of. I can’t remember his name but we checked out on 6/19 a little before 1pm.

This is among the worst Marriott properties. Rooms are okay. If you get a double bed room, then it is fairly dark (not enough lighting). Service is not good. House keeping might or might not come by. If they do, it's late in the day. Location is not good. There are not restaurants in walking distance and the restaurant in the hotel doesn't open until 5 PM. The M-Lounge is odd. The coffee machine has been out-of-order for the last few weeks. Breakfast is sparse and they don't have decaf. The hotel also closes the M-Lounge for private events, at which point, there is no M-Lounge. This is the only Marriott property that charges Titanium Elite Members for water in the room -- and doesn't make it clear that members will also be charged. The front desk does NOT offer members water at check-in or tells them that the water in the room is NOT free for members (like at other Marriotts). The hot tub is closed. The food is expensive. A salad with chicken last night was $38 with an ice-tea.
