Dallas Plano Marriott at Legacy Town Center

I had a very restful stay at this hotel. I truly appreciated the traditional service—daily room service without needing to request it. This is something I’ve had issues with at many other hotels, where you have to ask for housekeeping or it simply doesn’t happen. Here, it was automatic and consistent, which made a big difference in my experience. Special thanks to Ms. Morgan, who was incredibly flexible and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I also interacted with other front desk staff, and I want to give a shout-out to them as well for their excellent service. Another highlight was the attention to detail. The lavender spray left in our room was such a thoughtful touch—it genuinely helped me sleep better. I even looked up the price of it—top-notch quality! All the amenities provided were of very high quality too. Lastly, I really appreciated the option to tip housekeeping via QR code, especially since I wasn’t carrying cash. That made it easy to show our gratitude for their great work. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who values service, comfort, and thoughtful details.

What a great stay. Very clean, very well maintained, the staff was on point, whatever you want, whatever you needed to know, they had an answer for you. The rooms were clean and comfortable, it would be nice if they were a little bigger, but for the three days we were there. It was more than adequate. It was in a convenient location near shopping in restaurants, I don’t think I could ask for more. We will definitely come here again.

Nice hotel but unfriendly staff which will ruin the whole experience. I’m a frequent traveler and never had an issue with an hour late checkout for free whenever I needed it. But the manager, Karla, refused to be flexible for late checkout even when they’re not fully booked. As a Marriott member I expected better. This location needs to train their staff to provide better service and keep up with the standard that people expect from Marriott.
