we absolutely loved our townhouse in enchanted garden. The proximity to Disney was amazing. It was cheaper to Uber than it was to have to pay Disney rates for parking. It was so great.. My son and his friends loved playing games around the pool. We definitely would go back.

My recent stay at the Enchanted Resort in Florida was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional service that set the tone for the entire experience. The staff at Enchanted went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel truly welcomed and valued. The facilities at Enchanted Resort are top-notch. The beautifully landscaped grounds and stunning architecture create a serene and luxurious atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could desire. The resort offers a variety of recreational activities and facilities, including a jacuzzi, multiple swimming pools, and a well-equipped fitness center. The dining options are diverse and delightful, with each restaurant offering exquisite cuisine and impeccable service. One of the most impressive aspects of the Enchanted Resort is its pricing. Despite offering a high level of luxury and outstanding service, the resort provides excellent value for money. The pricing is competitive, and there are often special packages and promotions available that make the stay even more affordable. Overall, the Enchanted Resort in Florida is a perfect getaway for anyone looking to enjoy luxurious accommodations, excellent service, and great value. I highly recommend this resort and look forward to my next visit.

Our family stayed here in mid-October 2024. The location is pretty good for an off Disney property. Traffic to/from WDW and Disney Springs is relatively light. Each unit has two covered parking spaces. The biggest complaint we have is that the front door (which is easily accessed from the street) was left unlocked and unattended one afternoon/evening we think due to exterior paint crew but never got an answer from property mgmt. Everything about this is unacceptable. Also, the hot/cold water lines were reversed. The toilets had hot water! Also no response from property mgmt on the water issue. The property we stayed in was decent but was showing its age. Carpets were worn and stained. Several TVs that were functional but could have used some instructions. The kitchen was supplied with pots and pans that can best be described as coming from Goodwill or a yard sale. It did have a Kuerig and coffee cups which was nice. Kitchen appliances were functional and relatively new. Other kitchen furnishings were ok but not plentiful. I would not say the kitchen supports light cooking. Outside, the grounds are in need of a refresh as it does not reflect the relaxing, refreshing environment shown online. It did appear that the entire property was being painted (exterior). There were areas blocked off by security fencing. Lastly, it was odd that almost no one was there. WDW was packed so it wasn't necessarily due to the recent hurricane.
