**Hotel Dambulla Family Park: A Charming Stay with Exceptional Service** Hotel Dambulla Family Park, under the excellent management of Geoffrey, offers a truly personalized experience for all guests. His attention to detail ensures that every visitor feels welcomed and well cared for. The hotel’s staff is kind, humble, and always ready to assist, making the stay even more enjoyable. Nestled amidst lush greenery and beautiful natural surroundings, the hotel provides a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The rooms are well equipped with essential amenities, including towels, soap, a kettle, and drinking water, ensuring a comfortable stay. With a 30-year history, the hotel retains its charm but could benefit from some refurbishments in certain areas. The shower’s hot and cold water controls require fine-tuning for better temperature balance, and the air conditioning units should be checked to ensure they function optimally. These minor improvements would further enhance the overall experience. Dining at the hotel is a delightful experience, thanks to Chef Ms. Nandawathi, who prepares delicious meals with generous portion sizes. The restaurant serves mouthwatering dishes, adding to the overall satisfaction of guests. Whether for a holiday or a quick stopover in Dambulla, Hotel Dambulla Oya Family Park is a must-visit destination. With its warm hospitality and peaceful ambience, it promises a memorable stay. Best wishes to the hotel and its wonderful team!
Perfect for a 1 -2 night stay at Dambulla. Beautiful view, friendly staff and clam environment.
This place is surrounded by the beautiful trees and next to a lovely stream. The staff is very welcoming and hhelpful . Breakfast was great UNFORTUNATELY the hotel is old and run down. Seems like no one had occupied the rooms for many months. Bathrooms were stained, the vanity was old and cracked. Beds was comfortable . Tv was not working due to non-payment. Has big garden and a pool
