Dammuso Sant'Anna

I spent three wonderful weeks at Dammuso Sant’Anna, and I can wholeheartedly say it was an absolutely magical experience. This charming home is located in a stunning spot, with breathtaking views and unforgettable sunsets that I enjoyed every single evening. The dammuso is fully equipped with everything one might need, but what made it truly special was the chance to stay in a traditional island home, full of authentic character and charm. It offered not just comfort, but also a real sense of place and connection to the island’s culture. One of my favorite features was the inner garden with a hammock – an ideal spot to relax and read during the sunniest days. Another brilliant element was the covered terrace in front of the dammuso, providing both shade and tranquility – perfect for reading, dining, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The light inside the dammuso was just beautiful, and the windows facing the sea made every moment feel like a postcard. Waking up and watching the sun play on the waves was pure joy. But the true gem of this stay was Margherita, the host. She was exceptionally kind, helpful, and always available. She went above and beyond – not only did she pick me up from the port (since I chose not to rent a car), but she also did some grocery shopping for me before I arrived, purely out of kindness (of course I reimbursed her). Throughout my stay, she was incredibly responsive, practical, and warm – always there when I needed anything. I wholeheartedly recommend Dammuso Sant’Anna to anyone seeking peace, beauty, and authenticity. And I equally recommend Pantelleria itself – this island has completely stolen my heart. I will definitely return – to the island, and to Dammuso Sant’Anna. This is a very strong, sincere, and enthusiastic recommendation!

Highly recommended, really cute Dammuso well furnished and in style with the island, very sweet and super helpful owner. The house lacks nothing. Truly a magical place in the evening there is an exciting silence, crazy view. We also adopted the sweet Capperina for this week.

A very beautiful Dammuso with a suggestive sea view that becomes iconic at sunset. On tense days you can see the outline of the Tunisian lands. The internal and external spaces of the Dammuso are extremely well-studied and usable even in detail. Margherita who manages it is an attentive and very friendly person, ready for every request. He personally granted one to me for a special moment. Thank you! We will be back....
