Loved our stay. Had a family vacation with multiple families and children. The hotel is children friendly with a large outdoor pool that is heated. The team is super friendly and the hotel is very well managed. It is very expensive though, and for the price, the food selection can be better.

We had a really pleasant stay with my family. I think it’s worth mentioning it was full of children and babies

A Kids’ Paradise at Ritz Prices… for Hostel Service If you’ve got energetic kids, a minister’s budget, and a high tolerance for logistical chaos — go for it! This hotel is an absolute dream for children: supervised pool, endless play areas, wide open spaces… You can tell it’s been designed with little ones in mind. But now, let’s talk about the adults. At $1320 per night for two adults and two young kids aged 3 and 6 years, you'd expect luxury. What you get instead feels more like a disorganized summer camp, with chandeliers. From the moment you arrive, it’s a circus: despite pre-booking (as recommended by the hotel), rooms are assigned randomly, and the kids end up in the grandparents’ room (who were hoping for peace and quiet… spoiler: they didn’t get it). And don’t expect help with your bags — you’re on your own. In the room, the service drops even further: no daily soap replacement, no restocking of coffee or sugar unless you chase someone down. Requesting basic items feels like applying for a loan. At breakfast, it’s time to play “Where’s My Coffee?” — an interactive game where staff wander aimlessly, forget your eggs, and struggle with English. Three reminders later, you might get what you asked for… or something vaguely resembling it. Conclusion: the kids play, and the parents play too… mostly hide and seek with their coffee and their room.
