I highly recommend this hotel. The building itself is quite impressive and my room offered a beautiful view of the city. The service was great too.
A real classy hotel. One of the best views in the world - especially for Jerusalem lovers. The architecture of this hotel is unique. Rock concerts in the Musical weekends makes the vacation one of a kind
This is a review about the Spa! I think they try to keep the main area ( gym) and it is! However, inside the locker room, the showers and where the hot tub is, I was changing and I found cockroaches ( a whole family) 🪳 ! I was disgusted and seriously didn’t know who to contact about this! I recommend spraying the area and the bathrooms and the shower areas! It does not look good for users / members or even visitors and made me never want to come back! Please take this into consideration !!!! If there were no roaches I would’ve given a 5 star review !!! Thank you!!!
