Dan Oasis Beach Hotel and Apartment

Great stay at this hotel. We stayed 1 night during our motorbike trip South to North Vietnam and it was perfect. Lovely location with walking distance to town, with nice views of the ocean. Breakfast was delicious (Omelette and Coffee) which was included, customer service was fantastic. Room was great, light, modern and clean. Comfy bed and great shower! We asked for a kettle upon arrival and had a small problem with the hot water, but it was sorted straight away, (Thanks Link)! The staff could not do enough. We were lucky enough to meet the owner and her son in the morning, who were lovely. Overall a great stay. Thanks

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The view of the sea is absolutely stunning, and it's the perfect spot for a long, relaxing getaway. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. One of the best parts was the peaceful atmosphere—there’s no noise from construction or loud music like karaoke, which really added to the relaxing vibe. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable retreat by the sea

We booked a beautiful room with an ocean view at Dan Oasis Hotel for Valentine’s Day, expecting a romantic and relaxing stay. At first, everything seemed perfect. As we were about to go to bed, we heard rustling noises coming from the bathroom. To our shock, there was a mouse inside the trash bin! When it saw us, it ran out into the room and disappeared. Horrified, we immediately went to the reception to report the issue. Instead of showing concern, the staff seemed indifferent. They eventually sent a staff member with some kind of spray, which he lightly used around the room before leaving. That was it, no real attempt to address the problem. The night continued and we could hear the mouse running around, gnawing on things, but every time we turned on the lights, it was nowhere to be seen. Needless to say, we didn’t get a minute of sleep. In the morning, we discovered it had returned to the trash bin and had even dragged our toothbrushes around, which were placed by the sink, disgusting! Exhausted and frustrated, we went to check out and explained everything, expecting at least some kind of compensation. Instead, the hotel staff accused us of lying, claiming we had no proof, and refused to refund the night. Their lack of professionalism and concern was appalling. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. If you value cleanliness, sleep, and good service, STAY AWAY from Dan Oasis Hotel!
