Dan Panorama Haifa Hotel

fantastic hospitality experience. spacious comfortable rooms, great location and high end culinary. best service I ever got in Israel - especially from Alexei, the reception clerk and from Or Ben David, Guests Manger. They were very friendly, efficient and communicative and made special efforts to make sure we'll get the perfect hospitality experience.

Great location, near the 'subway', zoo and garden. It is located in a main street where there are also restaurants, mall, pharmacy and other facilities. Amazing view from most rooms, which seem renovated and in good shape. The adults pool is also nice. The children pool lacks shade (not sure if temporary or permanent, it looks like they should just simply cover the current structure.

My wife and I just spent all of Passover (Pessach) at the Dan Panorama Haifa. We have only the best to say about this hotel. The hotel is centrally located in the Carmel neighbourhood of Haifa, with beautiful views towards Haifa Bay. Nearby is the lovely Louis Promenade and across the street is the Haifa Zoo. The hotel is a 3 minute walk away from the Carmelit subway station. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, until we left, we found the staff to be always courteous and helpful, from the bellman, Oriel, to Roi the manager at check in, to every member of the staff that we encountered. The rooms were comfortable and clean with a beautiful view of the Haifa Bay.. The housekeeping staff kept our room clean and well stocked with toiletries Meals were buffet style with a wide variety of delicious main courses and side dishes. What I did notice, is that all the dining room and kitchen staff as well as the dining room managers, were completely involved in serving, and enhancing the enjoyment, of the hotel patrons. (When I asked the chef where I could find ketchup, he himself went back into the kitchen to get me some. The dining room managers could be seen taking dirty dishes away from tables, the trays of food were constantly replenished and dining room staff ran around cleaning up food spills. Thhe General Manager of the hotel was constantly present to make sure things were running well.) We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel and we highly recommend it for anybody wishing to spend some great time in Haifa resting and relaxing.
