Stephen in maintenance was so helpful with our rooms window. He was so kind and got our window opened quickly. Please let him know he made our first time visit a good one. Naim was also very kind and helpful. Making sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful experience in the restaurant. Thank you for such a wonderful time. 😊
I have been traveling and bringing groups to Israel for over 20 years, and have stayed at many of the hotels in Jerusalem. Dan Panorama is a great choice for the price. The rooms are clean, the food is great, the staff is nice. Oded the hotel manager is very welcoming and helpful, and an all around great guy. The dining room staff are all very nice and accommodating. I will be staying there on my next trip.
An hotel is not only a building, rooms, lobby and a dining room. It is especially great staff looking for your confort and working so hard with a smile. Thank you to all the staff.
