During my stay at Dan Panorama Tel Aviv, I experienced exceptional hospitality and outstanding service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel truly welcome. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tel Aviv. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!
The food was alright, didn't feel like there was much variety but the desserts were very nice. during the weekend the restaurant got very busy and could hardly accommodate all guests (we had to wait around 30 minutes to get a table, and the restaurant felt understaffed). The staff was friendly. Rooms have a nice sea view, though the balconies are small and don't have a place to sit in. The bath felt a bit too small to shower in and didn't have much hot water late in the evening, but the water pressure was excellent. Overall it was a lovely weekend, but considering the price per night I think it could have been better.
What a disgrace! Room supposed to be ready at 3pm it's now 4 pm and after total chaos in the check in we finally got what's supposed to be a NEW EXECUTIVE ROOM ...it's a regular room. And despite asking for a double bed there are 2 beds pushed together. We had to ask to be moved as the promised sea view was not given and when we moved it was yes with a sea view and balcony BUT still 2 beds pushed together. This is a 5 star hotel?????? What a disgrace. The chaos at check in looked like a market, the staff are rude. I will NEVER EVER stay in a dan hotel again
