I recently stayed at Dana Rayhaan by Rotana and had a great experience. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained—but what really made the stay stand out was the service, especially from Sultan at the front desk. From check-in to check-out, Sultan was friendly, professional, and super helpful. He made the whole process easy and was always around if I had a question or needed anything. You could tell he really cares about making guests feel comfortable. He’s got the kind of work ethic and attitude that you don’t come across often. I honestly think he’s got real leadership potential, and he’s a great reflection of the Rotana brand.

A very pleasant and comfortable stay. The prices were surprisingly affordable considering what the hotel offers. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. Service was respectful, fast, and well-organized. The food arrived fresh and quickly, with a nice variety of dishes to choose from. Definitely worth the experience — I would gladly stay here again 👌🏻
