Danat Al Ain Resort

Our stay was awesome as always. We will definitely come back every chance we get. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Price was affordable but the quality of the hotel (especially the buffet) was way more than what you paid for. Also, very clean environment!! Pool was cool even in the middle of the day.. Ideal for summer getaway..

Great location (very isolated and private) and great facilities. I’ve been a regular member here for 3 years now and enjoy it thoroughly, using the gym and sauna every week. My criticisms are this resorts obsession with hiring staff who don’t know any English or Arabic, and they don’t understand basic instructions or statements that I tell them, repeating myself many times and they still don’t understand. This has been an issue for nearly two years and I’m not sure where the resort finds these people. I had a negative experience with one particular staff member (who I resolved already with management) as well. High praise for the security guards David and Isaac, they both do a fantastic job at what they do. Aside the issues with some staff members, I recommend coming here whether it be for a day experience or a stay.

They are not allowed you to take any food to inside the pool area specially for kids,just to force you to order from the bar or the restaurant,((It's not about the cleaning)). Safe box is not working even we request the assistance but no one came. Shower sink is blocked. They are not allowed the kids to play in the playground without their parents. Kids facilities is too poor, only small water slide. It was first time and last.
