Hotel is beautiful. Elegant rooms with all the amenities..even slippers. Hotel is in a great location & walking distance to everywhere. Near the Metro station by the Spanish Steps. The staff was wonderful. Mario, Teresa and the staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful. The rooftop breakfast was very good and had a variety of breakfast foods for all different ethnic groups and decent American coffee. Staying at this hotel was a highlight of our stay in Rome and getting to know Mario. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
This is our second stay at Daniel's Hotel and we have loved every minute. Great location near the Spanish Steps. Comfortable and elegant rooms with all the amenities. Very helpful staff especially Mario at the front desk. Lovely breakfast on sixth floor overlooking Rome's rooftops. Highly recommend this hotel.
I traveled 16 hours from USA only to find the hotel closed with a big lock on the front door and nobody to answer the phone. I have a confirmation and nobody ever notified me of any closure. Unbelievable!
