I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is new, conveniently located near the beach, and offers clean rooms. The staff members were attentive and enthusiastic, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I definitely plan to return here in the future.
Okay price. Good buffet. Good room. Not very good view. The security is not good, someone stole my crocs at the pool even though there is a security guard there. Not recommended for people who want to have a resting time.
Clean place but the wall is not soundproof. I can literally hear everything from the next room. There is a restaurant in front of the hotel played music very loud from 5-10pm and we can hear it all. Can’t even relax. Lastly, there is a missing towel in my room and they can’t find it. They blamed it on us and charged us 200,000VND (around $10 US) for it. I will never come back.
