Beautiful hotel at the corner of the city's busiest street but very quite, lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend it

I am truly considering the 5 star reviews to be fake. The room was dirty even by the lowest standards - hairs on the beds and behind the pillows, black dirty spots on the sheets, makeup marks on the pillows and sheets, dirty bathroom and dirty towels. After request for new bed sheets - received only 1 double bed set and that made the 3rd bed unusable. The "great location" comes with a lot of homeless that urinate around the hotel. The parking is not existant and you have to use public parking at premium price. Dirty cutlery and bland breakfast. All the amenities (fridge, coffee and tee etc.) were "stuck" behind the extra bed and not accessible. Requested refund for 2 out of 3 initial booked nights, because of that and the refund was not in full (197k out of 355k ft.). I would not recommend it even to my worst enemy.
