Booked this through RCI 6 months ago, they couldn't find my reservation but I had the confirmation letter. Quality of the room was atrocious. Insects and roaches everywhere, coming through drains. Mattress was made of rocks, condoms on the table. Below motel quality. Definitely not what was advertised by RCI. Very disappointed. Additionally no one speaks English, which is even harder to work with, so it took 2 hours to just order a taxi. The location is soooooo far from the city that no car wants to come out and pick you up. The front desk ladies were patient and tried their best, I'll give you that but overall experience was abominable. You can even book by the hour... need I say more. One more thing, the name of the hotel as shown through Google is not accurate to what the English version advertised on other sites and through RCI, so no taxi driver even knew how to get here in the first place.
