Dar Al Eiman Al Manar

Had an excellent stay at Al Haram Hotel in July/August 2025. The customer service was outstanding—all staff, from porters and cleaners to front desk personnel, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. I even had last-minute documents to print, and the front desk team handled it without hesitation. They also accommodated our late check-out request graciously. The hotel is perfectly located near Gate 339, with easy access for both men and women. It’s also conveniently close to the Taiba Centre for shopping and food. The rooms were a little on the smaller side for our family of four, but this was a minor point given the exceptional service and professionalism throughout our stay. Highly recommended—and we would definitely stay again.

Not sure how the cleaning service worked in this hotel, but the staff only added lots of mineral water bottles without tidying the room (not complaining about the addition in such weather tho). The food served in this hotel (not the hotel restaurant) was quite delicious. I was almost looking forward to lunch or dinner bcs I enjoyed the mini cakes they served.

This was my second time staying at Dar Al Eiman Al Haram Hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the Haram, which makes it incredibly convenient for prayers and access to nearby shops and restaurants. The hotel manager and reception staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay, and their warm hospitality really stood out. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. Housekeeping was inconsistent — with some days where the room was not cleaned properly or on time. Room maintenance was also below expectations; we experienced leaking in the bathroom and signs of wear, which was disappointing, especially for a hotel that has recently undergone renovations. The condition of the rooms did not reflect the standard expected from a newly updated property. Additionally, the breakfast menu could be expanded to offer more variety, especially for guests staying multiple days or those with different dietary preferences. With better consistency in cleanliness, improved room upkeep, and a more diverse breakfast selection, this hotel could become a top choice — especially given its location and the excellent service at the front desk.
