Dar Al Eiman Grand

We are currently staying here, in room 430 and we are very pleased with the service we have received from staff in this hotel. The cleaners are very attentive, the restaurant area for breakfast has a good variety of food and different food every few days. The room size is good and has everything you need, a hair dryer, towels and bidet. The location is about 10-15 minutes from the haram, depending on how fast you walk but along the way you get to see lots of different shops, which is nice. I am happy with my stay here.

We were four people and when we went to have breakfast we had to experience weird question the supervisor asked us if we were sure we had paid for breakfast …? I am so upset and surprised to know this kind of idiot question I suggested them that they should not ask customers question like that they should have proper record especially once some one has paid for rooms and breakfast month ago ? The breakfast of this 4 star hotel was lacking fresh fruits which I pointed out to them as well but overall it is good hotel just needs little bit of professional attention in breakfast and service

The overall quality of the hotel food was adequate; however, the breakfast options were limited, particularly for guests who do not prefer Arabic cuisine. The blankets provided were quite thin, resulting in an uncomfortable night’s sleep for my family due to the cold. Additionally, noise disturbances were frequent during the night, including the sound of door handles and conversations. The in-room telephones were non-functional, requiring guests to go to the lobby to contact room service. Furthermore, the internet connectivity was poor and unreliable.
