Dar el Mathaf

Very good value for solo traveller. The staff are warm, friendly and attentive. The single I've booked comes with an attached bathroom. WiFi worked well on first floor, there's a mini heater to keep you warm during winter, shower is good. The terrace on the rooftop doesn't offer much view but it is perfect for drying up your hand washed laundry. Breakfast is very good. This riad is located near the blue gate therefore it is easy to find (very important as it is easy to get lost inside the bazaar). There's no hook to hang your clothes inside the room. And there's no fan during my stay so it could be uncomfortable during summer.

Very quiet Riad, the room was big enough to fit two. It's also very clean. The host is very friendly and smiling all the time. Breakfast was nice. It also has a nice terrace. The Riad is situated in a quite nice location.

Staff was very helpful and nice. The room was big and clean. Bed was as typical for morocco a bit harder, but comfortable. TV with English channels are available. Bathroom was maroccan standard and clean. Great breakfast with maroccan pancakes, bread, fresh juice, olives, jam ... The water pressure was very low. The room was very noisy, we could hear everything from the hallway.
