They Stole From Us After Asking to “Clean” the Room. I was traveling with a friend, and we had prepaid for 3 nights at Dar Si Aissa. After just one night, staff asked if we wanted the room cleaned. We said yes—then later that morning, we discovered that items had been stolen from our room. We immediately went to management. They acknowledged the situation, admitted fault, and promised a full refund. We left that morning, but never received a refund—just silence and lies. This was an extremely stressful and violating experience. What’s worse is that it was handled with total disregard for basic honesty or professionalism. Do not stay here. You risk your belongings, your peace of mind, and your money.

Worse experience ever. Look for a better place, it won't be hard. This place is not safe, not to be trusted, and the management are liars. We booked for three nights but had to leave after one due to unsafe and unacceptable conditions. Instead of helping, they ignored us, refused to communicate, and made false claims to avoid refunding us. Avoid this place if you care about your safety, your money, and being treated with respect. Stay away.

Extremely Stressful and Unsafe Experience This was one of the most stressful travel experiences my husband ever had. Hotel staff entered his room and stole from him. He had paid in full for 3 nights but left after the first night when the theft was discovered. Management admitted fault and promised a full refund if he checked out immediately. He did—and never saw a cent returned. No follow-up, no apology, no accountability. Stay far away from this hotel. It is unsafe and dishonest. Don’t let this happen to you.
