Nice little riad (b and b) , rooms need to be more inviting , with bright pictures and more hanging space and hooks for things. Mattresses are VERY important on the beds.....PLEASE invest in better quality mattresses (memory foam) , as a good night's sleep means a lot. Good breakfast , which was varied daily - very nice. The service from the young lad Azzedine was extremely pleasant and helpful. Overall , with a few tweaks , I would recommend this riad.

SCAM ALERT!!! Unhelpful dismissive AND ILLEGAL!!! They took pictures of the front and back of our IDs WITHOUT OUR CONSENT. Which is against the law as advised by our family attorney. Denied us entry and kept OUR PERSONAL INFORMATION on their RECEPTIONIST'S PERSONAL PHONE. Keep your information safe and stay elsewhere. Also, perfume won't mask the stench of bad cleaning, please take hygiene seriously.

Booked a room on booking. Upon arriving, we were met by a housekeeper woman who seemed confused as to why we were there. No receptionist or any other employee. It was then I noticed an email I received the previous evening, informing me that due to an "electricity problem", we'd be moved to a hotel next door for one night. They took us to a very run down building with no name - no info on Google maps or booking.com, no sign that it's an actual hotel. The room was extremely run down, and smelled horrible, it smelled like someone emptied a can or air freshener to mask some other smell. My nose started burning after 5 min in the room. I cancelled the booking for this place and we left. No one apologised for the mistake and acted as if this is normal behaviour. Read the recent reviews here and on booking for this property - seems like moving guests to other properties is common practice. Looks like a scam. Avoid!!
