Dardanos Pansiyon

Found this place according Google recommendations. It’s indeed a beautiful site in a small street with very nice and hardworking owners. Berin created phantastic breakfasts (every night we agreed on next morning when to have it) served by her husband and we drank the tea to the last drop. Every night after our sightseeing tours throughout the day, we went down to the terrace to enjoy the garden and pool area (where poor Berin worked always until late to prepare the place for the upcoming tourist season). One night we even tried the pool and it was very nice to take a little swim. Everything was spotlessly clean. The small fridge in our room cooled down everything. There are a few shops nearby in walking distance. Parking is possible in the garden. The room would’ve been quite small for a longer trip with all our stuff, but for a few days it was absolutely manageable. We had the pink room on the first floor with a small balcony to the street. The garden is sooo beautiful with all those amaryllises outside blossoming. Never seen anything like that. Communication wasn’t always easy but we managed with different translation apps to get to know each other. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi connection is very weak, so we bought a SIM card for our stay. We’re always looking for accommodations like this one with lovely owners helping you to understand local tastes and culture. For us this is 5* and not an impersonal and barren 5* hotel where (at least with our attitude) you cannot be yourself. The place comes with a funny/friendly white Pomeranian dog. We only reserved on phone ca 2 hours before arriving. Being in May, this worked being before high season. Probably be more careful during summer, as I can imagine this place might be fully booked by returning guests. Her şey için çok teşekkürler Mr. & Mrs Güzel.

Quiet and very pretty place. The rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast was great.

I don't want to throw any shade on this hotel because it is owned and run by very friendly and welcoming people. But in my opinion the hotel is quite basic for the price which is a bit too high. To begin with it is called a boutique hotel on booking which is definitely a stretch. The hotel is clean and comfortable enough but that's it. It is okay as a one night stopover on a road trip. There is not much in the area otherwise. But let me repeat again, the hosts are wonderful people.
