Room are very clean and specious, bathroom very hygienic. Most importantly, room smells fresh and good. Service are excellent and Staffs are very friendly and respectful. Location is perfect, 2 minutes walk from iskan street and 8 minutes walk to Erbil Citadel (city centre). Breakfast in 6th floor with good view. Ground floor has quite area to sit and relax, also has cafeteria to eat and drink shisha. There is also a special area in ground floor to play snooker, ps4 and ps5.
Wow! The service and surrounding here are good! And also the size of room is super big but cheap ~ Next time, definitely come again
Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing The quality of service was poor, and the staff were unhelpful. What was most frustrating is that they charge guests for the smallest things — even for damages that were clearly already there before we arrived I would not recommend this place. There are much better hotels available for the same or even lower prices
