We had a wonderful stay at Daru Sultan Hotel. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. They even offered complimentary drinks with no extra charge and allowed us early check in.The hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk from the iconic Galata Tower. The breakfast was delicious, served on the rooftop terrace with stunning views of Galata Tower and the Bosphorus. They also kindly provided an extra bed free of charge for our child, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality, ideal location, and beautiful ambiance.
What can I say? The staff at this hotel are SUPERB and the customer service was impeccable! They were super accommodating, friendly. And helpful no matter what time of day! The location was perfect for the group I was with, centrally located to everything you would ever need. The decor was very traditional and chic. Their offer of teas and coffee were also good. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay as a couple or individual, while visiting Instanbul!
I stay in this hotel for 3 days for part of my first international trip which was to Turkey and was blown away by the decor and the architectural design of the entire hotel! I was room 503 which belong the sultans teacher and My bedroom truly look majestic and queen like that it’s inspiring me to change my bedroom. The staff was so helpful, chivalrous and sweet to me and my lady friends I traveled with. The room was very clean and tidy and they came daily to clean the room and other things. the only downside is that the toilet had a sewage smell the first couple of days but I think the country may not have a adequate sewage system compared to the US but the third day I did not smell it again (and no I did not get use to the smell because I was gone a lot) The breakfast buffet which is on the 6th floor was a unique experience I never encounter before and the kitchen staff were very courteous and and provided great hospitality. The views of the Istanbul was GORGEOUS, I still can’t get over it. I will stay at this hotel when i return to Istanbul.
