Das Alpenhaus Kaprun

The staff was very nice. Food - half board was very good! Dinner was like fine dining - very special taste ! We really enjoyed diners. Coctails ay bar are changing on weekly basis, we had same special spicy drinks - which we loved. Room has no air conditioning, it was so warm in room that we opened windows during night, unfortunately from 6am it was delivery time, so every morning we were waked up by noice from outside. I would recommend to pick room on other side of hotel

Great location in the centre of town. Parking is underground and secure. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Dinner was included in the price and also breakfast. We will be coming back again.

The hotel is very good. The room is comfortable and spacious. But as it is on the first floor and the door open to a shared balcony . We had loud and smokers neighbours , and because of that, we could not let our door open and the room was warm. There is an emergency, which give acess to the shared balcony, and pleople use it as a short cut to get to the street. Another negative point is the bathroom. Even taking care while taking a shower, the floor gets wet because there is no protection around d the bathtub. As I have mentioned before, the hotel is excellent, the service is very good. The swimming pool is clean and big enough for swimming. I opted for half board. Breakfast and dinner were included, and both were excellent. If I come back to Kaprun I'm going to stay here again but not in 111 room.
