Hotel is great! It’s our second time coming here and we absolutely love it. Rooms are clean and spacious and food is 95% of the time really good. Whole team is fantastic :) Big props to Lena, who has been our waitress for these 2 years. She’s attentive and she’s always great with recommendations and tips.
This has been one of the best hotels that i have been to definitely in the top 5, definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a nice weekend to relax and feel fresh after their Stay. whether you ski or not the hotel has many fantastic facilities for all to enjoy family and couples though out your stay maybe even too much to try out all of them. Besides the facilities what makes this such a memorable experience is the mange meant of the team all staff where very polite and friendly greeting you with a smile on their face at all times making you feel welcomed and at home however a few staff members stood out for me the most. Pauline who was serving our table with fresh food from the kitchen during the stay making sure that we are happy with our food and making sure that if there is no problem and if there needs to be any adjustments it happens. Jan-ole who went beyond duty to make sure me and my family get what we need (never seen anything like it). Peter who made sure we are happy with our allocated seating and making adjustments when we asked for it. Andreas very lovely receptionist who made last second taxi arrangements for our departure in early morning and hading us packed breakfast to take with us on our journey again going beyond duty and answering all questions we had and guiding us to the right places. This is my first of many stays to come with the resort no complaints at all they have raised the bar for my expectations with other hotels.
One of the best hotels I've been to. Everything is perfect there, like home. Room, food, pool, hot tub, and specially the people there to make each and everything like a wonderland. Thanks so mu to the managers, a lovely couple that opens their home door to the guests.
