First, we were very impressed with staff. Customer service is awesome. Great managment by Evelyn, wonderful receptionist Vera who always smiles and is ready to help. The waiter Jordi with great sence of humor ready to serve my picky son.And very pleasant service at the bar. Second, wonderful facility with beautiful sauna and pool. Very clean and well maintained. We would recommend it to everybody!

It doesn't get any better than this! No, seriously staff is highly professional and brings up a whole new level of friendlyness. Food, Spa and the Rooms are outstanding. Everything started when we got to our room, which was supposed to be a two-double-bed loft. However, both bedrooms are upstairs without ANY windows, so we have to use a fan every night to avoid overheating. When we went to dinner the first night, they not only seated us at a table in a completely different room that didn't even look like part of the hotel, but we also received a completely different menu than we were supposed to (in any case, all the menus are in German, and NO ONE speaks English fluently). The service was terrible, and the dinner experience was awful because the staff was disorganized and uncommunicative. Overall, the most memorable part of our dinner experience was sitting with our empty and dirty dishes waiting for someone to take them away. But is all of this worth it purely for the food? Possibly. The food is truly delicious and much better than expected. When discussing the shuttle bus service, I couldn't be happier because it operates both mornings and evenings, which is very convenient. Although the ski depot is not as comfortable since it clearly lacks space (it is manageable). Overall, I believe this hotel provides a nice one-time experience, but I would not choose it again, and I hope to find something better next year.
