At first we thought, oh this is a little more expensive than the rest of the town. Then we got the food. And let me assure you it was incredible 😍🤤. So good! And so.much of it! They were accomodating to adapt one of the sides and the drinks were great too. 10/10 recommend and absolutely gutted we waited until our last night to visit! We'll be back and we'll bring friends 😍.

Hotel is clean & nice, and close to local amenities. Breakfast selection was very good. I personally had a couple of gripes. Food variety for kids is not adequate. Personally the beds were not very comfortable, but that is my preference. Pillows, are almost flat so bad neck ache for the first few days, so I asked for better pillows to sleep, which they supplied. Swimming pool is great! Gym is enough but inadequate opening and closing times meant I couldn't train. Normally gyms have 24h access, or at least open between 6-6:30am, instead its 7:30am to 8pm, just before breakfast, 7:45am which isn't ideal. Dinner: Presented well, however the taste of the food, was not as flavorful as it looked in SOME cases. I ate the food, but quickly became not excited about dinner like I had in some restaurants. Drinks are at an extra cost which was known, but they are overpriced. Water €5. The reception has a bell to call for the person on duty, but its rarely manned, so ring at will, but no one will come lol. So you have to go looking for someone. Generally the ambience in the hotel is good, the room we had was very nice and quaint, with lots of wooden features that you would expect in an Austrian hotel. Overall I can recommend if the above doesn't worry you so much, but these are the reasons I gave it a 3 and not a four star, as it implies.
