Dear DAS SIEBEN Team, Thank you very much for a wonderful and well organized stay. Everything was perfectly arranged the hotel is luxurious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. The service was consistently courteous and attentive, and the peaceful atmosphere contributed greatly to a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would like to mention two small points for improvement that could further enhance the guest experience: 1. Installing a mosquito screen on the balcony door would allow guests to enjoy fresh air without concern. 2. The guest card – although we requested it on the first day, we only received it via email after our departure on day seven. Aside from that, everything was simply perfect. Perfect Stay! I had an amazing vacation at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly, food was amazing and helpful throughout my stay. The surrounding neighborhood was perfect for hiking, with beautiful trails and breathtaking views. Everything about my trip was just perfect — I would definitely love to come back!

I had the best time at DasSieben, it was actually the best hotel experience ever and that means a lot considering I travel quite often! And it was worth every cent I spent for the stay! The hotel is up on a hill, with wonderful views, a beautiful terrace at the entrance, great parking opportunities. I couldn't have wished for more: big, confortable room, even if it was a "single", with a large balcony, elegant bathroom, soundproof walls (not just the claim of it), clean, with all details in check. The Spa is unique and incredible! Sauna, indoor and outdoor heated pool, jacuzzi, resting spaces, snacks and drinks,, just name it and it's there, even for the pretentious guests! Breakfast was extremely rich, for al tastes and needs, good coffee and helpful people. About the staff... they completed the picture: kind, always available, smiling. There was however a man at the reception when I arrived that was somehow polite (following some adressing rules) but a little irritated that I had 2-3 question for clarification, which was a little unpleasant. Well, everybody can have a bad day but it's a pitty considering that all the rest was next to perfect. I hoped there were more locations of DasSieben because I would stay there anytime, but unfortunately there is just this one and only. Congratulations for how you present yourself, DasSieben!
