The room and bathroom were lovely. Clean, bright and modern. Lots of nice touches such as dressing gowns and slippers. The bed was extremely comfortable. Beautiful view from balcony. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful. Special thank you to there chef who was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable about my wife’s gluten-free diet. He was able to adapt the set menu for her in spite of me not having given advanced notice when I booked. The set menu was tasty and well presented. We only stayed for one night and wished we could have stayed longer. Hotel was very relaxing and the spa area looked really clean and welcoming. The walking around Sankt Jakob also looked like it would have been challenging and fun with beautiful views.

5 stars for this wonderful hotel in a lovely and peaceful place in Tirol. All around the mountains and the river. Our stay was really good. The breakfast is very rich and the staff professional and kind. The rooms are a mix of modern and cosy. They give you a tablet for information and requests. To reach the hotel you have to cross a truly enchanting path and this makes everything even more memorable and is located near a waterfall and a mill where you can also buy wheat. 😊🌾 It has a Nordic style and a traditional Austrian Tyrolean style. We will be back for Christmas for sure, because it must be truly magical to stay in this hospitable hotel surrounded by snow. Thank you for the hospitality and kindness. 💜

Nice and cosy hotel. The staff is really great, helpful and very kind. The landscape on the balcony is breath-taking. Food was very delicious and the spa is great, especially the infrared therapy.
