Fabulous hotel in summer The rooms are comfortable albeit no air conditioning but we had a balcony with amazing mountain views. Food in the restaurant was beautifully presented Cooked fresh Room includes breakfast which was plentiful and nutritious Lovely pool with sauna gym and other facilities Highly recommended

The rooms were Spacious and modern but cleaning service wasn’t at the desired level (the room We had had spider webs and we have to cleaned them out selfs the first Nights) The service on reception was superb and the concierge wanted to find and offered solutions for us, however the service on buffet was somehow problematic not great variety or food, in the morning the toaster wasn’t working and we had to turn it on our self - probably employee capacity of the hotel Was problematic I was surprised that although I have made a SEPA bank transfer from Germany to Austria a week ago the money hasn’t been matched upon our arrival Creating a bit of ambiguity whether the transfer and actual matching has been performed. Location and wellness facilities Where superb !

Hotel stay could have been great but it wasnt. It had silverbugs everywhere in the bathroom and in the corridors. But its not the worst. Read further! We booked this hotel for wellness offers and chose a lakeview suite… just to learn that spa is 5 mins walk away in other building!!! So was yoga in the morning and other activities. It was pouring rain outside all day and night. So we asked to be downgraded to the room in the main building where spa was. Not only they havent offered a refund for the downgraded room - they also wanted to charge us 50 eur for a later checkout. Oh and the first downgraded room they offered us was double room for a party of 3. We said its too small - they suddenly found us a Family room. We wanted to have dinner in their restaurant they only offered us table at 18:30, resoning that 20:00 is completely full. We anyway went there 20:00 and it was half empty. The staff working at the reception desk are young and untrained. We tried to complain but for every question they had to go “somewhere” to talk with someone to get instructions. On the positive note, the lake side building has great views. But sadly we couldn’t stay there because of their false advertising!!
