Comfortable accommodation, amazingly nice service in the restaurant😘. Absolutely fantastic steak and excellent wine. We will definitely come back again.

Anyone looking for a small but exquisite restaurant in the hills of Southern Styria should look no further. This is where you've found it. The intimate atmosphere, excellent wine and menu, and the view into the lower elevations are just as impressive. I would return here again and again, knowing I wouldn't leave dissatisfied. Definitely worth the detour, even off the highway!

We stayed at the lovely Weinkitz for three nights and had a wonderful time in Sausal. We were pleasantly surprised by such a chic, harmonious, friendly, and hospitably run accommodation. The room was clean, bright, spacious, chic, and as good as new. The entire Weinkitz, including the guest rooms, terrace, and inn, was recently renovated, and the owner's taste and attention to detail are evident. 👏 The accommodation is truly modern, stylish, and very harmoniously furnished. The kitchen is also a definite plus; you immediately recognize its own signature on the plate, with very high-quality products. You'll have to bring a few euros extra for food and drink, though. The service was always very attentive; requests were implemented immediately and without discussion, and always accommodated. We received a warm welcome and felt very comfortable. The breakfast was very good; here, too, refills were readily served at the table and the service was very friendly. The products were of very good quality and reflected Styria. They could have offered a bit more variety, but we were very satisfied with the breakfast. The accommodation has a great panoramic terrace, a large parking lot, a bike storage area, and numerous other restaurants/wine taverns in the area. Thank you for the wonderful days 👏👏👏👏
