Hands down, this is a beautiful hotel with incredible character, ambiance, and well-appointed rooms. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the hotel dog—who liked to lounge by the front door—greeted us every time we returned. It made the place feel more like home than just a temporary stay. We took advantage of their private bathing area, which was incredibly peaceful with stunning views—it might just be my new happy place. The location is perfect, offering charming views of the nearby buildings and church, with immediate access to shops, restaurants, and scenic walking routes. We also used their parking garage, which I highly recommend—it was both convenient and more affordable than the public options nearby. Our room was very comfortable, with a spacious balcony offering beautiful views. The amenities were spot-on: a large refrigerator, a generously sized shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet room—which was especially convenient when traveling with others. This hotel truly exceeded expectations and made our stay unforgettable.

Central hotel run efficiently and with a welcome. Rooms comfortable (but no a/c). Great breakfast choices. Can be a little noisy at night given it's central location, but would definitely recommend.

We’ve stayed for a quite a while at the Zimmebrau. And it felt like home. I don’t even know where to start! Everything is exceptional and definitely exceed our expectations. The breakfast is amazing, always natural, local fresh food. The rooms have everything you need and all the furniture is nice wood. We stayed on the 4th floor and our views of the lake and the mountains and the street below was beautiful. Also it is always very clean. all the decorations inside the hotel make it very cozy. From the outside the hotel looks amazing with all the beautiful flowers- everyone is constantly stops by and take pictures. Bath area on the lake is nice and pretty spacious and has everything you need for the swim and lounge. My son and husband were fishing daily😆 and loved it. The hotel is also located right in the middle of the village. But the most importantly is Hans and Alexandra who made our stay so wonderful. They both and so friendly, nice and kind and go above and beyond to help or with whatever guests are needed. Thank you so much! We definitely had the best time in your beautiful hotel and hopefully will be back! Also Simba who is always lays by the door is so cute and we always said hi to him. Hard to leave!
