There is nothing more to wish for. Das Goldberg has it all! Great location ski in ski out. What a fantastic hotel! From the moment you arrive, you can feel the incredible care and attention that has gone into every detail. Beautiful flowers everywhere and an atmosphere of pure comfort and elegance. Everything is meticulously thought out, making your stay truly special. Whether it’s the delicious food, the stunning spa, or the breathtaking surroundings – everything here is just right. A place to completely unwind and enjoy! If i would think of one small suggestion could be a room with a billiard table where families can enjoy themselves would be a great addition to the already amazing experience.

The hotel "Das.Goldberg" towers high above Bad Hofgastein. The only hotel in the valley with direct access to the ski slopes, it offers an opulent spa and wellness area, as well as a large natural swimming pond. And if you want total privacy, book a spa loft suite with its own sauna tower. Owners Vera and Georg Seer gave the hotel a facelift in summer of 2024: The infinity pool in front of "The Goldberg" was extended from 15 to 22 meters, the restaurant was expanded with large panoramic windows and a new, spacious restaurant terrace was built. The icing on the cake was a new cold bath for the beautiful sauna house and a whirlpool. "Das.Goldberg" is a true wellness paradise at an altitude of almost 1,000 meters. Those who like to swim laps in warm water will appreciate the 22-meter infinity pool. If you like it cooler, like me, you can swim in the four meter deep, 18 meter long natural bathing pond, which is a good 22 degrees. The family's love of design can be seen and felt everywhere. Alpine style without kitsch. Lots of old wood, stone, leather, coarse linen fabrics. Warm natural colors and gold dominate the picture. The house is modern, but without attitude. For wellness lovers, the Nature's Nest Spa offers a beautiful selection of saunas, from the Finnish sauna to the foam steam bath to the herbal sauna and the gold gallery, pine wood provides a subtle natural scent and healthy air, spacious relaxation areas offer space for many guests. Late check-out is a special feature that will noticeably extend your weekend or short break. Guests who have vacated their rooms may use the spa and pool area until 3:00 p.m. and may use the luggage lockers in the checkroom. The kitchen uses regional products whenever and wherever possible: Meat from the hotel's own farm in Grossarl, organic grain from the Pongau region, trout from the hotel's own pond, eggs from nearby farms, butter and cheese from the hotel's own alpine pasture, herbs from the hotel's own garden, and many homemade products such as nut butters, jams, liqueurs, and bread made from ancient grains.
