Davie School Inn

The stay was great! If you don't feel like reading the rest, I understand, this may be a little long. First and foremost I got a text from the Innkeeper asking me where we were (two days before our reservation). It didn't take me long to realize that I screwed up the reservation and my heart sank. I was really looking forward to staying here with my Daughter, Anna, as we wound down our summer road trip. Everything was just fine! The folks a Davie School Inn helped me out, got the reservation changed and we were all good. It's a really neat & unique place. I grew up in rural Illinois and this school was a lot like the elementary I attended 40 years ago. It has the flavor of an old school with the amenities of a nice hotel. Everything was clean, in good shape and the Innkeeper was a wealth of knowledge when it came to the history of the school, the history of the town and different things to do around. My Daughter is 19 going and as we were leaving she said "Maybe we could make staying here part of our road trips now!" It was a wonderful thing to hear as the Father of a teenager and Davie School Inn helped make it happen. P.S. - the breakfast we awesome.

Our family has stayed multiple times at this B&B and have never found one thing wrong. The rooms are immaculate, beds beyond comfortable. The breakfast is always delicious! The hosts are very kind and welcoming. You just can’t go wrong staying at the Davie School Inn!

The Davie School Inn was exceptional all around! The host was very kind and showed us around some different rooms. We stayed in the 'Purple' Room. It was like your own little apartment, very clean and decorated really nice. We had the breakfast of baked french toast, sausage, etc. (Best french toast ever) We will definitely stay here again when in the area! Thank you, The Markham's
