We loved our stay here! Great room with a wonderful view and quiet. Super service from staff at bar, pool and room! Great location, close to everything. Perfect for relaxation holidays. Excellent breakfast buffet but don't book half-board for the dinner buffet (in a separate hotel) if you have taste :) we went out most nights to the many restaurants in El Gouna.
This hotel is so nice and romantic. I went with my husband in Nov 2021, so it has been a while but I wanted to review still because it was super nice and we had so much fun. The staff are helpful, special thanks to front desk for helping us get a very nice room, everyone was welcoming and helpful. The rooms are nice and ours had a lagoon view that makes you happy instantly, the hotel itself is calming and nice. We booked with breakfast, we used the Sultan Bay restaurant then and it was very nice and had a nice lagoon view as well. Of course the hotel is near a lot of restaurants and downtown Gouna, as well as the sea, we were in winter so we didn't swim but I'm sure its nice. I will be going again.
It is a small hotel, obviously is more like a 3 European starts but the price/quality is pretty good. Rooms are basic (bathroom needs some renovations) but breakfast buffet is nice and I really like the pool area. Only the lost basic drinks are included with breakfast, this could improve. There are a lot of cats, so careful is someone is allergic.
