Stayed in May 2017 with my husband. The guest house is family-run and family-owned. Maurizio was very helpful in showing us the best routes to get around the city (gave us a map with illustrations). The place itself felt like "home" -- we prepared breakfast on one of the mornings we were there and loved the freshly-squeezed orange juice (they provide you with the oranges + juicer). Would definitely recommend this if you want a clean, homey, very convenient (few blocks from the Vatican), safe, and affordable place to stay in Rome.

Little gem in Rome. Good, clean and decently sized rooms, shared kitchen area and dining table. Very centrally and ideally located, in walking distance to many attractions and very reasonable prices, very friendly host. What more would want? Tip: If you stay there, don't take the train from the airport, take the S.I.T. bus shuttle to Vatican area. It stops at No. 2. From there you can walk in less than five minutes to No. 74 (unless you have very bulky/heavy luggage).

Came to this place. We were told the elevator works fine but they never specified which ones, after getting stuck in the frist one for half an hour, the number provided did not work so eventually we had to call 112 and have the fire brigade take us out. The other elevator was also jammed but no signs were present saying they were broken. The room is a disappointment being on the 5th floor with no available elevator. The room was tiny with the air conditioning barely working and the tv would not work and nothing was plugged in and no food or towels left in the room as promised. Breakfast was a disappointment having terrible food. Overall dont stay here.
