The hotel is absolutely beautiful and spotless. The service is fantastic and everyone working here is incredibly friendly and welcoming. You really find everything you need in one place. The beach club is so amazing that we wanted to spend every single day there – such a great atmosphere! Everyone working there is super friendly and service-minded, which makes the experience even better. A special shout-out to Ridvan, who does an outstanding job – 10/10 for service! He is so approachable and kind to everyone, and really makes you feel taken care of. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!
We had a fantastic stay! The service was excellent, and the breakfast had so many tasty options — we looked forward to it every morning. We booked a swim-up room with a beautiful view, which made even working from the room enjoyable. The spa was super relaxing, and we also had a great time partying at the Privée Club. A perfect mix of comfort, fun, and relaxation — highly recommend
We’ve stayed at Day One every year since it opened, and until now we’ve always seen improvements. Sadly, this year things have changed for the worse. The Beach Club (which guests must pay extra to use) is extremely noisy all day, making it impossible to relax on the terrace. It’s clear most of the money goes to the Beach Club and the paid sun deck – everything there is perfect, while the guest areas feel neglected. The free sun deck is worn down with dirty mattresses, broken parasols and rusty loungers. The staff are friendly but poorly trained. They rarely deliver what guests ask for and seem more focused on outside visitors renting sunbeds than on paying hotel guests. Only the pool attendant stands out for being genuinely helpful and very kind. Overall VERY noisy (when it stops at the pool it begins at the rooftop which you also can hear at night)… We’ve stayed in the swim up rooms and the suites and we’ve been happy, but it definitely has changed this year.
