I seen some videos in fb...im also belongs to hospitality industry. ..The one who taking care of banquet ....i think he is the manager ....he behaving like maddd...he not fit for his position this hotel...he don't know how to behave with someone.....i think Genaral manager or owner of this hotel take action on him......
