Stayed here for 2 days in the deluxe room. The overall experience was really good. The complimentary breakfast was nice, with good choices for kids as well. Pros: Ideal for both business and family stays Pool is big enough and well maintained The office table and chair in the room were very useful Cleanliness was excellent Staff responded quickly to any requests and made good use of available facilities Cons: Fridge was under repair and hence not provided in the room Only an extra bed was provided, with no cot or bed stand, which could be uncomfortable for elderly guests The toilet in the changing room near the pool was kept locked, which was inconvenient Apart from these, everything was on par with expectations. I will surely recommend this hotel to others as well.

It’s right on OMR in Padur, super convenient for anyone working in the IT corridor or visiting nearby spots like SIPCOT or Hindustan University. What I Liked: Clean Rooms: The room was tidy and decently sized, with a comfy bed, free Wi-Fi, and a small desk that worked well for my laptop. The bathroom was spotless, though the shower pressure could be stronger. Good Breakfast: The breakfast at Nutcracker restaurant had a nice mix—idli, dosa, eggs, and some continental options. Coffee was decent, and the staff kept refilling the spread quickly. Friendly Staff: The front desk and restaurant folks were polite and quick to help. Special mention to the housekeeping guy who sorted out an extra towel in no time. Location: Perfect for business travelers. It’s close to IT hubs, and there are a few local eateries and a small shop nearby for essentials.

We booked three rooms for our family, and unfortunately, none of them were clean upon arrival — it was a complete disappointment. Given the high temperatures in summer, we specifically chose this hotel because it offered air conditioning. However, the AC units were not functioning, and there were no fans available,the fridge wasn't working and the bathrooms were so unclean! Despite raising multiple complaints, no one responded or made any effort to address the issues. The rooms were poorly maintained and not cleaned properly. For the price we paid, we expected a comfortable and decent stay, but this experience was far from that. We won’t be booking this place again.
