Warm welcome, a comfortable night - and a range of choices for breakfast before setting off on the next leg of my journey. Several of the guests were obviously repeat visitors on first name terms with the hotel staff, always a good sign. The spa looked incredible but didn’t have time to try it out this trip..
Nice hotel specially if you want to go to airport, they have shuttle to Verona airport almost all the time
The sink was clogged, so we could only wash our hands in the shower as the sink quickly filled to the brink. They did not give us the wake up call that we had requested, nor did the airport shuttle we ordered over a month before and prepaid the night of our arrival show when we had ordered it. The guy in the reception even suggest we waited for half an hour for another shuttle... At 5a.m. with an airplane to catch...
