De Alturas Resort

I stayed at De Alturas Goa for 5 nights, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly well-mannered and professional, always ready to assist with a smile, which made me feel genuinely welcomed. The food was amazing – it honestly felt like home. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. It quickly became one of the highlights of my stay. Service across the board was excellent – from housekeeping to the front desk, everything was prompt and efficient. The ambiance of the hotel contributed to the overall relaxing vibe, making it the perfect getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, warm, and memorable stay in Goa!

Just returned from a 3-day team getaway at D' Alturas Goa, and it was absolutely fantastic! The property is beautifully maintained with a great mix of comfort and style — perfect for both relaxation and team bonding. The rooms were super clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and the common areas had a cozy, welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. From smooth check-in to delicious meals and quick assistance whenever required, their service really stood out. The location was peaceful yet well-connected, allowing us to explore nearby spots during the day and return to chill by the pool or enjoy an evening barbecue. It was the ideal setting to recharge and reconnect as a team. Highly recommend D’ Alturas for anyone planning a group retreat or even a laid-back vacation. We’re already talking about coming back again next year!

Very disappointing anniversary stay – not worth 4 stars We booked Resort De Alturas (4-star category) for our anniversary celebration, choosing a Grand Premium Room with triple occupancy for 3 adults, along with 1 infant and 1 child (4 years old). However, the hotel gave us only a double sharing room with an extra bed, which was very uncomfortable. For something as basic as hot water, we had to call multiple times, yet the issue was never properly resolved. The breakfast was terrible – undercooked, bland, and nowhere close to 4-star quality. On top of that, the parking is far from the hotel, which was extremely inconvenient, especially with kids. Overall, the stay was frustrating and disappointing. The facilities and service do not match what is advertised for a 4-star hotel. I would not recommend this property, especially for special occasions or family stays.
