I’ve stayed at this pool villa three times now, and I always enjoy it! The food is delicious, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and well-designed rooms make for a truly relaxing getaway. However, I feel like the room should have a sofa—it would make the space even more comfortable. Other than that, everything was perfect, and I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!
Excellent service at DeCapoc Resort. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They really provided us with full customer service. On the day when we check out was about 6am, they were so kind to prepare breakfast for our journey to Bangkok. I highly recommend this resort and the service provided was beyond our expectations. Thanks so much for making our stay so memorable.
Was a nice experience trying out this property,after we last visited 5years ago(but didn't stay). Property was very "private" and quiet;good for relaxation. Room was neat,well decorated and with adequate amenities. However,TV signal wasn't that great. Balcony and private pool was ok,size-wise. Management seriously needs to do periodic checks and inspection before guest's arrival. Dislikes were 1. Chlorine in the pool was slightly too much. 2. There was a dead slug in the pool floor!😱😣 3. Lots and lots of ants in the room;corners,floor,wash basin area,toilet. Staffs were very friendly and polite.
