Love this hotel. It was our first time staying here. Location wise, it is remarkable. Just across PVJ. The rooms were great. We had connected rooms as requested. The reception was so helpful and attentive. All the staff were great. We arrived a bit early, before the rooms were ready. But our belongings were stored properly in our rooms by the time we returned to the hotel. I love the Javanese decorations so much. The rooms were spacious and clean, too. I love that I can go here and there without driving, just parked the car at the hotel and walked across. I certainly will return to this hotel. Btw, I got a very good rate booked through Traveloka. So, over all my experience, even just for a one night stay there, were great.

In my opinion, the staffs are friendly, the facilities are okay, the food taste good. But i didn't feel satisfied enough when i stayed at this hotel, probably wouldn't stay here again although its location is just in front of PVJ mall. I wish they would keep the cleanliness, make sure that the room is clean and tidy before the guests come. I stayed on superior room, and the bed sheets and blankets had stain and some hair on them (which i requested to change later on). The floors were not that clean. And the bathroom floors were slippery and it was smelly like dampness idk. However, the hotel facilities, staffs friendliness, and the hotel design is quite good (it doesn't seem old or scary). The halls also smelled good. If they improve the cleanliness in the future, i might reconsider to stay here again when i visit Bandung.

⭐ 1/5 Disappointing experience — would not recommend, especially for families. Stayed here twice and both times the pool was closed — once due to a private birthday event, and another due to maintenance. We were traveling with kids and the pool was one of the main reasons we chose this place. There was no prior notice or apology. When we arrived at 2 PM for check-in (as stated), our room wasn’t ready until 3 PM. The room itself was not clean, with a smelly bathroom. We tried calling room service and no one answered. There were only 2 pillows in the room, which is below hotel standard — usually, you’d expect at least 4. Asked to borrow a spoon and bowl, and they charged Rp25,000. Honestly, shocking — basic courtesy items should not come with extra charges. Meanwhile, what should be included (like a functioning pool and timely check-in) is just… not there. Feels like they don’t care about guest experience at all. For the price, this is not worth it. Think twice (or more) before booking this hotel. It’s not family-friendly, not service-minded, and definitely not worth the money.
