The hotel has an excellent central location, making it very convenient to explore Lausanne. The staff were friendly. The room itself was clean, and the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connection in our room was very poor; it only worked reliably in the toilet area, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the breakfast was quite basic and not particularly tasty, and could definitely use some improvement.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept — exactly what you hope for when you're away from home. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, which really made the experience even better. My only critique would be the breakfast; it could use a bit more variety and freshness. Overall, a great place to stay with just a little room for improvement!
Great lake view and that’s about it. If you planned to stay during business trip, just don’t. WiFi does not work and all the hotel staff can do is just shrug shoulders. This is the second time I am here and nothing changed. They claim it’s temporary issue, but it clearly is not. No one invested in routers to strengthen the signal, no call or work can be done here. No initiative to change that as well.
