Nice farm. We were there in April, and it the nights were a little colder, but the beds and bungalows in general were warm. Pool was nice and clean and the service great. But the grounds are small and there is not much to do besides going to the addo elephant national park. Linda gives great game drives though so if you plan to come here for that, go for it!
De Old Drift is about a 20 minutes drive away from Addo Elephant Park - that's quite okay. We had a standard room. The room was big enough, the bathroom rather small. The first evening we had dinner there which was okay - but the other evenings we went to the village Addo to the Riverfront Restaurant, which we preferred.
This was our last stay on the garden route in order to explore Addo. The welcome was nice and the room was clean and had everything you need. The dinner was also really good. However the service during breakfast could have been better. It seemed that the lady did not really care about us (not asking if we want anything more to drink). It generally seemed that nobody really cared if we enjoyed our stay or not.
