What a wonderful stay. And such well trained and kind staff, going the extra mile to help with a smile. They must have a good company culture here. From the reception staff to the 3 waiters I interacted with in their restaurant. Be proud of yourself, Rustende Jager and let your staff know they're doing a stellar job

Large comfortable rooms not too far from Amsterdam and Schipol. I stayed here for several nights in January and enjoyed it. The bed was fairly comfortable and we were able to have breakfast in the attached restaurant. There’s a Jumbo and Hema nearby and the station isn’t too far to walk or drive. The trains came regularly and are well connected. There’s also a parking lot in front of the hotel The only thing I would improve is the room service. You can request it by hanging the room service card on your door. We found it very good except that our soap wasn’t refilled and there wasn’t enough for the shower

Updated: In "Nieuw-Vennep" you will find the hotel and restaurant "De Rustende Jager" in the "Old Center". Personally, I have been familiar with the fantastic services of the restaurant and catering at events (such as "King's Day") for a very long time (since my younger years). With a "big" family party that recently took place, I chose to also stay overnight in the hotel, so that I could experience this as well. As for parking, "De Rustende Jager" has its own terrain that is also used for the above event. Parking is free and intended for hotel guests. The staff is nice, helpful and has a professional approach. As for my spacious hotel room on the 2nd floor, it has a bathroom (marble) with bath / shower and toilet. An excellent double bed, a sitting area for 2 people, TV and wardrobe, in which a safe, coffee and tea making facilities, an ironing board and a fan. There is also a house telephone. A small "downside" the lights on the bedside table I couldn't get working, so it was "all lights on or everything off" Next to my room I saw the same room number + A, which I think means that this can also be used as a family room, since there is also a door to be seen in that direction. All in all, it is nice to stay, eat and drink at "De Rustende Jager"
